In 2022, Mrs. Geetanjali Vikram Kirloskar took on leadership of Kirloskar Systems, continuing her late husband's legacy with a focus on strengthening the India - Japan partnership and advancing Toyota's presence in India with her daughter, Manasi Tata, as Vice Chairperson of Toyota Kirloskar Motor.
India-Japan Partnerships
Mrs. Kirloskar is deeply engaged in enhancing India-Japan business and cultural ties through roles such as:
- Co-Chair, Japan Council, CII and Chair, India Japan Partnership Council
- Collaborations with Japan's JETRO for startup and MSME initiatives in India
- Advisory roles, including CII's International Council, focusing on global connections for Japanese interests
- Advocacy for green mobility, manpower development, and academic initiatives, like the Kirloskar Scholarship for Japanese language students.
Career & Ventures :
With a background in advertising as former CEO of Quadrant Communications, Mrs. Kirloskar shifted to Kirloskar Systems in 2013, working on ventures in real estate, insurance, and healthcare, including founding Bangalore's Sakra World Hospital through a joint venture with Toyota Tsusho.

She holds positions on several influential boards, including:
- Chairperson, Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd.
- Director, Kirloskar Proprietary Ltd.
- Rhode Island School of Design (USA) and Infravision Foundation
- Honorary Consul of Finland in Karnataka, awarded the Knight First Class of the Order of the Lion of Finland for her contributions to India-Finland relations.
