Was the Global Head and Senior Vice President - Productivity & Quality, Technology Tools & Software Reuse at Infosys Limited (2000 - 2013). Worked as Vice President and Quality Head at IMR Global, USA between 1998 and 2000. Worked as Deputy Chief Executive for Tata Quality Management Services - Tata Group between 1995 and 1998, where I was the key driver for creating the Tata Business Excellence Model.

Has consulted for over 50 national and multi-national customers in the areas of Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction Management, Business Continuity Management, Project and Program Management, and Quality Management. Had been a Board member QuEST USA - The global telecom Quality forum; On the Panel of Judges - Wisconsin State Award USA (which is based on Malcom Baldrige Model ) , Served on Administrative Reforms Committee of Indian Institute of Science Bangalore ( 2017 - 19) and Chief Technical Advisor to the Confederation of Indian Industry - Institute of Quality ( 2013 - 2016).

Has been a recipient of IEEE-SEI(Carnegie Mellon University, USA) International Quality Person award (2011) and honoured with the "Life Time Achievement Award for Quality and Business Excellence" by an IT Industry association.

Have recently released a Book - "Elusive Secrets in Building Organisational Excellence".
