Vishwadeepak is a mechanical engineer and did his MBA in Total Quality Management. Currently serving TVS – Sundaram Clayton Ltd., as head – Total Quality Management & Workman skill development department.

Vishwadeepak has 20 years of experience in automobile industry. During his tenure with various organizations, he had facilitated more than 500 no's Green belt, Yellow Belt and QCC projects which in turn helped organization to achieve their business objectives.
Vishwadeepak is a certified DWM Trainer by Prof. Y. Ando and TPM Facilitator from CII and closely worked with renowned Japanese Gurus like Prof. Y. Washio, Prof. Yukihiro Ando and Dr. Noriaki Kano and gained the expertise in Policy Management, Daily Work Management, QC Story problem solving, standardization and other TQM related topics.
Vishwadeepak started his career with Ms. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., tractor division and worked for various plants such as Jaipur, Chandigarh and Pantnagar establish TQM & TPM practices across the organization. Helped Nagpur plant during preparation for Japan Quality Medal (JQM) in year 2007 and prepared Jaipur plant of schedule B examination of JQM. He was instrumental in preparing 2 plants of SWARAJ Division including R&D, Sales & Marketing and Customer Care functions for Deming Prize and Manufacturing departments for TPM Excellence Award. He has prepared Pantnagar plant of Mahindra for TPM Consistency Award.
During his tenure with Ms. Ashok Leyland Ltd., Pantnagar, he has established the QMS practices across the plant and later on prepared the plant for TQM implementation who won Deming Prize in the year 2016.
While having association with Ms. Apollo Tyres Ltd., Chennai, he implemented various TQM practices such as four student model, Stability Capability Matrix, Vertical Evaluation etc. and prepared the plant for Deming Prize (Won Deming Prize recently in Oct 2022)
He also presented his papers at “International Quality Conference”- Tokyo Japan on “DWM & Standardization” in year 2012 and at “ANQ Conference”- Thailand on “TQM for sustainability” in 2020.
