Mr. Ravindra Kulkarni has rich, diverse experience spanning across three decades in the field of New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Engineering, End to End Business Management of Engine Reconditioning Vertical (Prolife). Having joined Tata Motors in 1994, India’s largest automobile company, Mr Kulkarni has worked across Manufacturing, Kaizen, and New Product Introduction of Pick Ups & Winger and is currently heading Jamshedpur Plant.

His core competencies and areas of interest are Manufacturing & Planning, Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen Methodology, New Product Introduction, Sustainability, etc.
