Current Role:

• Handles group-wide promotion of the improvement agenda across at the SRF group, integrating business strategy and deployment.
• Guided two successful challenges of the prestigious Deming Prize within SRF.
• Trained and facilitated businesses in India, Thailand, South Africa and the Middle East on achieving transformational results with end-to-end engagement across leadership and operating levels through design and implementation of long-term company and business-wide initiatives. Recognised trainer and facilitator in the quality management domain.
• Established and grown the company’s flagship capability building and problem solving certification programs – PSP Blue and the advanced PSP Silver, which generate over Rs. 80 Cr. annually to the company’s bottom line.
• Trained and associated over a long period with luminaries in the Quality management field, such as Prof. Kume, Prof. Kano, Prof. Shiba and others in India and overseas.
• Current work involves digitization and IT enablement of the TQM knowhow and practice in the organization, and promoting a culture of deeper analysis using the emerging tools and methods of data science.
• Earlier roles - Design and Development at a diversified manufacturing company. As consulting lead for an IT major, led strategy and process consulting engagements for large retail sector clients in the Middle East.
