Manohar has been working in the quality field for 25 years and is currently the Vice President of Business Excellence at CEAT Ltd, which is one of India's leading tyre manufacturers and a flagship company of RPG Enterprises. CEAT Ltd. Is the first tyre company globally to win the prestigious Deming Grand Prize in 2023. Manohar played a crucial role in facilitating this remarkable transformation journey.

He holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the renowned Mumbai university, and a master's in management studies from the prestigious XLRI-Jamshedpur. He is also a certified six sigma black belt.

Before joining CEAT, Manohar held successful leadership positions in various Indian and Multinational corporations like Mahindra, Mahindra, and Tata Consultancy Services. At Mahindra & Mahindra, he played a crucial role in establishing the automotive sector's quality systems and processes. Since 2013, he has been with CEAT and has headed diverse functions, contributing significantly to establishing management systems.

Manohar has presented and published numerous papers on Business Transformation and served as a keynote speaker at international conferences.

He is a Business Leader who truly believes in TQM (Total Quality Management) and focuses on transforming organizations through business excellence. He has led several transformation projects in the last two decades, all with proven results.
